moqctl_rsk	sk
	How the start is expressed (moqctl_rsk).
u64	start_group
	Absolute start Group (ABS) or groups-back count (REL_GROUP).

	Start Object ID; meaningful only when sk == ABS.

	How the end is expressed (moqctl_rek).
u64	end_group
	Absolute last Group; meaningful unless ek == UNBOUNDED.

	Last Object ID, inclusive; meaningful only when ek == OBJ.

Detailed Description

Version-neutral LOCATION_FILTER range.

start_group doubles as the relative "N groups back" count when sk == REL_GROUP (there is no Largest.Group at decode time to resolve it against), and as the absolute start group when sk == ABS. end_group is always absolute: the draft-22 End Group Delta is resolved against start_group at decode time and re-derived as a delta at encode time.
