Detailed Description

draft-ietf-webtrans-http3-16 SS3.2 (WTH3-016/WTH3-018): the app's verdict for one Extended CONNECT's :authority/:path, filled in by a registered wired_wt_resource_check before the session is established.

status == 0 (the caller-zeroed default) means "resource recognized, proceed to the normal Origin-check/session-establish path" – a callback that leaves every field at its zeroed default therefore accepts every resource, matching the pre-callback behavior. A non-zero status short- circuits establishment and is sent verbatim instead: 405 for "no WebTransport server at this :authority/:path" (WTH3-016 – -15 recommended 404, -16 changed the recommendation to 405), or a 3xx to redirect (WTH3-018), in which case location/location_len name the Location response header's value (ignored for any other status).
